Our quiet, peaceful apartment is conveniently placed. It is close to town, yet far enough away to feel out of the hustle and bustle of the tourist centre. You will have sole use of the apartment. As well as a very comfortable living space, there is a lovely, private front deck with amazing views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkable Mountains - perfect for your morning coffee or pre dinner drinks. The kitchen is well stocked for eating at home as well. A under cover, private carpark is included.

Lake Views On Sunrise Lane

Sunrise is a lovely place to relax and take in the stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables. The sleeping options can be arranged to suit: For 2 people you can have either a King Size Bed or 2 Single Beds set up in the main bedroom. There is also an additional single bed that can be set up in the lounge if required for a 3rd person, although you will need to pay an extra guest fee of $50 for this. Please let us know how you would like the beds set up at time of booking.

This is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring everything that Queenstown has to offer.

The main view remains available, although the crane and construction area may affect part of the outlook. Daytime construction noise, vehicle movement and occasional partial road blockages may occur during permitted working hours. Our rates have already been adjusted to reflect the nearby works, and no further compensation will be provided in relation to the construction.

This cosy little flat is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Fernhill, just a 5 minute drive from central Queenstown. It has views over Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables. There is a dairy (corner shop), fish & chip shop and wine bar/restaurant a 10 minute walk away. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
