Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Canal House, Upstate NY

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. Just minutes (1/2 mile) from Fayetteville Towne Center with popular shopping and restaurants. This ranch home has been fully remodeled with superb craftsmanship. The outside areas includes a nice back yard right on the old Erie Canal with a fire pit and deck. The Canal trail is immediately adjacent to our property and is a great walking and biking trail. We are 15 minutes from Syracuse University campus and the hospitals.

Enjoy the large kitchen and separate dining room, and relax in the living room. You can look forward to a great nights sleep in our 2- king beds in our master suites, or a full in the guest room. If you don’t require full use of the house, please let us know and we can adjust the cleaning fee prior to your booking.
