With beautiful local walks and 20 minutes from Loch Lomond and an hour from Glen Coe and Glasgow, the location is perfect for all kinds of holidays. Five minutes down the hill, Garelochhead village lies on the famous, scenic West Highland Train Line.

The cottage was built around 1890 to house the Ploughman for Goatfield Farm, and has been extensively remodelled to create a unique getaway. Dog friendly with nearly an acre of established garden and space to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the area whilst being relatively close to Glasgow with good connections and only ~50 minutes from Glasgow Airport. Please bear in mind that there are steps up to up access the cottage from either door: thus, if you have reduced mobility, sadly, Oakdene may not be for you.
