The house, part of a late seventeenth-century building, is located near Via Casalnuovo, in the upper part of the Sasso Caveoso. It is located in a privileged position, in the silence of the Sassi but 300 meters from the pedestrian area where walking in the historic city center in a few minutes on foot you can reach the most interesting places of the town. It is possible to park the car on the street, a few minutes walk from the house or in a guarded parking at a cost of about 10 euros per day.

Excellence luxury apartment, reserved car place

The Excellence apartment is a modern vacation home for couples, families, or groups of friends of up to 4 people. It's just a 3-minute walk from the Sassi/Centro ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone). A reserved parking space in the internal courtyard allows you to easily reach and explore the entire historic center on foot. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and independent heating. In 2023, the entire building was completely insulated, ensuring an ideal climate in both summer and winter.
