Come sit and enjoy our beautiful screened in porch that overlooks 2 scenic ponds and offers some of the best sunsets you’ve ever seen. This newly renovated farmhouse is beautifully decorated with 2 bedrooms, large master (king) and second bedroom (queen), office space has a sleeper sofa for additional guest.

It sits in a private forest full of wildlife but is only a 5-minute walk to Franklin Street and the UNC campus. Enjoy amazing views from the floor-to-ceiling windows of foxes and deer playing on the lawn. Lounge on the wall-to-wall hammock as you gaze at the trees through the skylights. Our land hosts amazing sunrises and sunsets and a star show at night that you most definitely don’t get in town! Shop our farm store, stroll the property. Tours are free for registered guests. Friends may join the tour for a fee. Use of the pool is for registered guests only. Twenty stairs lead up to the 700 sq ft over-the-garage apartment with private entrance. Includes a king bed & pullout couch.

A 600 s.f. cottage retreat designed by Robert Phillips. One bedroom, full bath and kitchen, and spacious living room. Ten ft. ceilings and fine architectural details; terraced; fountains nestled in a tree grove on 10 acres with foot paths. 15-20 minutes to Chapel Hill/Carrboro, University of North Carolina; Pittsboro and the Saxapahaw arts community on the Haw River. Rustic Cabin on a Working Farm in Durham

Come get away from it all—while conveniently close to everything—at Laurel Branch Gardens, a 12-acre farm that uses organic growing practices. About 100 yards from the farm house, the cabin is a renovated tobacco barn with a sleeping loft, full kitchen, bathroom (with a shower and composting toilet), and living area. Meet the pigs and chickens. Lay in the hammock. Listen to bird calls. During June and July u-pick blueberries will be available for harvest for $3.50/lbs.
