The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

On the second Sunday of August, Stazzo celebrates the patron saint, St. John of Nepomuk, whom the Church in the Central Square is dedicated. Il mio appartamento è situato nell' incatevole scenario di Chianalea di Scilla,borgo di pescatori ricco di profumi e colori tipici di questa splendida terra.L'appartamento ha un ottima posizione,basta aprire la porta per ritrovarsi circondati dal mare,a due passi vi è la piccola spiaggetta di San Giuseppe.E' un luogo incantevole e tranquillo che racchiude in se tutti i confort di una vacanza al mare:spiaggia,mare,sole,splendidi tramonti da osservare comodamente sdraiati davanti la porta di casa.
