The house is the heart of a fascinating 50 hectares garden and has wide spaces equipped with seats and large umbrellas surrounded by olive trees, palms and other typical Mediterranean flora. The old building is reached by walking along a path, shaded by olive, almond and oak trees. Three spectacular terraces offer you a wonderful view overlooking the sea and the Eolian islands and allow you to sunbathe during the day and watch the stars at night. The house has a very scenic swimming pool. On the ground floor of the house there is: - a spacious entrance hall - a luminous living room - an ample dining room - the kitchen, equipped all that is necessary - a double bedroom with bathroom in suite On the first floor the house offers various accommodations: - a room with a double bed, convertible in thre single beds on request - 2 double bedrooms with bathroom in suite - 2 single rooms with shared bathroom - a studio equipped with a sofa beds for two seats if needed Our guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire house, terraces, garden, swimming pool and all over 50 hectars of country. The owners will be present for check-in and check-out. A welcome kit with typical products will be ready for the guests. Relish total immersion in nature, with coastal walks among the olive and citrus trees. Swim in the sea daily, with Torrenova beach a walk or drive away. La casa, un immobile del 1500 recentemente ristrutturato, sita nel rione "Fundrisi", tra i più antichi della città, è vicina alla porta di Janniscuru: l'ultima rimasta tra le sei originarie per l'accesso alla città. Il design degli arredi è raffinato e contemporaneo. La camera degli ospiti, oggetto dell'annuncio, ha un letto matrimoniale ed ha il bagno riservato. E' permesso usare tutti gli ambienti della casa: salone, palestra, cucina, terrazzi. Nessuna discriminazione etnica o culturale.

B&B Anapama Dieci di denari (la matta)

Anapama has four different accommodations visible in my profile (Vivien). The ten of denari is about 24sqm, is completely separate from the main house and has a small private garden. From the entrance we have an open space with a small kitchenette equipped with all accessories, double bed with large window overlooking the garden and private bathroom. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioner and heat pump.
