Il terrazzo offre un tavolo e il grill per piacevoli pranzi e cene avvolti da un suggestivo panorama. È uno chalet rustico dotato di charme, che nel 1850 era una stalla, riattata successivamente. Immerso nella natura delle montagne a Gerra Verzasca (850m), è un’oasi di pace. Suddiviso su due piani: al pianterreno si trova la camera da letto spaziosa con bagno e al primo piano un open space composto da cucina con piano bar, sala con divano letto e tavolo per mangiare. Dal piano superiore si accede alla terrazza dove si può godere di una splendida vista sul bosco e sulle montagne circostanti.
