Spaziergänge im Schnee und die wohlige Wärme im Häuschen sorgen für Entspannung & Gemütlichkeit. Im Sommer lädt der Badesee mit Strand zum Schwimmen & Wassersport ein. Es gibt keinen direkten Seeblick (Bäume davor), doch der wundervolle Viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' ist in zwei Minuten erreichbar (100m), wo man nachts die Sterne ungestört beobachten kann.

Alles is schots & scheef én laag! Back-to-basic, gezellig gekeuvel ipv bliepjes maar mét infraroodsauna. Heerlijk om te ontspannen voor je het fijne 2-p bed inrolt. Om 's morgens met (of door) de geur van vers gebakken broodjes wakker te worden (bakker om de hoek). Hier vergeet je de hectiek en stress van alledag!

Ferien im schönen Monschau- Rohren

Sehr ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung in einem kleinen aber feinen Ort. In 250 m Entfernung befindet sich ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft. In 50 m Entfernung ist ein MTB Fahrrad Verleih. Fahrräder gibt es natürlich mit und ohne Unterstützung. Der Einstieg zum Eifelsteig und Ruruferradweg sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ebenso ist in der Dorfmitte ein 2019 errichteter großer Spielplatz. Im Ort gibt es ein neues sehr gutes Lokal. "Matthias im Gasthaus" Ein Besuch lohnt sich.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

Just a few steps away from the beautiful Natural Reserve the High Fens, we offer you a modern and comfortable studio, you have private access entry, a King size bed , a nice kitchen table with 4 chairs , a large sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a rainshower and wash basin , and a seperate toilet all for you. A large glass sliding door gives lots of light in this spaceous studio.

For my guests, there is 1 double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, so that max 4 guests have room. Breakfast can be enjoyed from the semi-covered terrace with a magnificent view of our garden and fields/meadows/forest.
