The entry hall leads to a vaulted open-plan living space with fireplace and kitchen/dining area opening to a peaceful (church bells and birdsong) deck overlooking the Mill Pond. Single-floor plan includes three bedrooms and clawfoot tub with shower off the entry hall (two with queen beds (one on tatami mats)/one single) and a sofabed in the living area.
