Bright and airy studio. Newly refurbished in April 2020. Private outdoor patio. Conveniently located to the train and bus routes getting you in to Dublin City in around 20 minutes. Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

An open space cabin featuring a king sized bed, kitchen and bathroom with a toilet (Shower is in the main house, access to the shower is easy). Your own garden with a gate & fence for privacy. We have one small very friendly dog. 3 minute walk from shopping centre, 5 minute walk from Beaumont hospital, 1 minute walk from bus stop, 15 minute bus journey into city centre.
