Studio living area with private bathroom, queen bed, lounge, TV with Netflix, dinning table, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and an outdoor fire pit. Upstairs is occupied by Jayde, Daniel and their baby, who work full-time and spend their free time diving, and our cat Maddox. Scuba, snorkelling and freediving packages, plus equipment hire is available with Dive Eden.

The unit is a renovated wing of our home with a private entrance, lounge/dining, 2 carpeted bedrooms with a Q bed & 2 K singles, toilet & bathroom & very well-equipped kitchenette. It is quiet, fully self-contained and private. We only accommodate 4 people and are located 3k away from the town centre. Our accommodation is not a party house. The cottage is newly renovated, centrally located, provides off street parking and a private entrance for guests. We are in a quiet residential area. Walk to Aslings Beach, Eden Killer Whale museum, Snug Cove port, cafes, boutiques, antique shops, pubs and a range of restaurants. Watch for whales and enjoy the ocean views from the private deck. Ideal for couples, however the sofa bed is 2.5 seats and folds out to double bed size. A portable cot is available for infants.

‘Karbeethong Hill’ is a completely SC private one bedroom unit with QS bed. Ensuite, fully equipt kitchen/living room. The apartment has fantastic views overlooking the lake and Howe Range with garden furniture and barbecue on the private deck. All bed linen and towels, tea/coffee making machine and coffee pods supplied. This home is on the top of Karbeethong hill so there are stairs to access the unit, very manageable with handrails and good night lighting.
