Completely renovated with gorgeous south westerly views over National Trust fields and the River Exe. Solar system covers most of your energy consumption. 100 metres from the famous Exe Estuary Trail, a short drive to the beach (or cycle!), or a 30 minute traffic free walk to the village of Lympstone with its pubs and eateries. The Garden Cottage is a beautifully appointed two-bedroom apartment in The Lincombes, Torquay’s most prestigious neighbourhood, renowned for its breathtaking views, picturesque gardens, and grand Victorian Italianate residences. Just minutes from Torquay’s marina, it offers a private street entrance & unrestricted parking, plus an on-site Tesla charging point. At the front is a sunny decked courtyard area. The idyllic Meadfoot Beach—a local favourite—is just a scenic 10-minute stroll away.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Yew Tree Barn Musbury

Musbury is found in East Devon and a designated ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'. The barn is located at the foot of Musbury Castle and on the East Devon Way. The barn is a 16th Century former dairy, 3 miles from Seaton and Axminister 7 miles from Lyme Regis. The barn has 2 bedrooms one shower room and a lounge/kitchen. Big comfy sofas and 1/3 acre of garden shared with the owner and his cocker spaniel Bailey. Additional single chair bed available for additional guest

The Town house offers 4 spacious rooms, a light, bright, coastal communal kitchen, chilled TV room and courtyard garden with a BBQ & bar. 2 private car spaces with EV charging (chargeable) and easy access to the town and beach mean your always near the action, or can escape it just as easily. Located at the rear of the Kingswood Hotel, 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the town centre. Close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
