The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). 3 Church Mews Cottage (EAST COWES) is a 2 bedroom cottage that forms part of an award winning church conversion on the IOW. A few yards from the chain ferry to West Cowes and 1 min walk from the main car ferry at East Cowes. Also a few mins walk from the beach and esplanade. The building is Grade II listed and features include the original stained glass windows in the living room and bedroom and arched sash windows throughout, adjacent to Cowes Harbour and offers fantastic views of the Solent.

Gull House is situated 5 minutes walk away from the sandy beach at Seagrove Bay & 15 minutes walk to the sailing village of Seaview. The secluded Priory Bay beach and woodland is just also nearby. Gull House is newly renovated to a high standard & is laid out over three floors. Four double bedrooms and bathrooms as well as two TV rooms make this house perfect for two families sharing.
