A spacious modern en-suite shower room and separate living room, with small kitchen give you the option to rustle up basic meals, and a generous comfy kingsize bed (twin beds option) awaits you. There is a sofa bed for another guest/child. Spectacular views of the two lighthouses across the shingle towards the sea and only moments from one of the best pub restaurants around, The Pilot Inn!.

You really get the best of both worlds between the seaside and countryside The Hive is set in the grounds of Copperfield Stables.

Shingle Shack is a deceptively spacious detached property with large lounge,shower room,comfy bedroom, private access & parking for one car. It is perfectly situated to explore the wonderful beach's,nature reserves & quaint villages that the Romney Marsh has to offer.

Beach house in Dungeness

Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

'Highfields lodge' is part of the beautiful grounds of 'Highfields' which includes 'Highfields house'. The log cabin type building is perfectly situated on the Romney marsh alongside the famous "Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch railway'. The space is quiet, quaint and quirky and is built by myself. The Lodge is a perfect peaceful retreat full of idilic countryside, wild untouched landscape views with nature surrounding the area. Ideal for a romantic getaway or small family holiday.

Delightful 2 bedroom bungalow + sofa bed in lounge, with front & back garden, decking area, summer house, gas BBQ, private parking, and disabled access. The kitchen is well equipped, including dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso machine. The bathroom has a shower with a handrail, and shower stool. There is plenty to do in the local area with the Royal Military Canal, Port Lympne zoo, Folkestone Harbour Arm, and the beaches of Hythe and Dymchurch all close by.

The Acorn Lodge is a bespoke 1 king size bedroom retreat fully customized with high-end finishes. It must be seen in person to be fully appreciated. Our Wellness area is equipped with a log sauna, a cold plunge and outdoor shower.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
