There are fantastic walks on the door step along the front of the river or up into the woods and Devilla forest (passing the 16th grave yard) Culross is the start of the St Andrews Pilgrim Way.

Tigh Na Mara is Gaelic for House by the Sea. This is an ideal location for visiting Edinburgh. The train station is 10 mins walk away and it's just 40mins to Edinburgh St Andrews can also be reached by train/bus connection. Shops, cafes etc are just 150m away. Bus stops for local conections, Edinburgh and St Andrews are just 50m away. The Beacon Leisure Centre with swimming pool, suna and gym is 5mins away at the beach.
