The apartment is located at' Molino Stucky, an historical building beautifully restored in 2005, where also lies the HILTON HOTEL. The apartment is 700sf (65sm) and 'consists of a large bright living room with sofa bed, chase lounge, 40"plasma TV with DVD/MP3 player with sound bar, a safe, Internet WiFi and a very well equipped kitchen, 2 full size bathrooms with all the comforts. The housing is overlooking the canal and lying in bed one can see, on Sunday, the big cruise ships, but without suffering any noise. The apt is on the 5th floor, in result of which there is plenty of light. The bed linen and towels are provided. The proximity to the Hilton Hotel gives you different possibilities within: a very good restaurant called AROMI and a great SPA with GYM. An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. La fermata del Bus, a pochi metri, permette di raggiungere il vicino centro commerciale in dieci minuti mentre un negozio di alimentari e un negozio per noleggiare biciclette è sotto casa.
