Gorgeous two bedroom home with lake views! An unbeatable location in Hamilton, this is the place that you’ve been looking for! The kitchen is a dream, with modern appliances. A dining area, where you can enjoy your meals with a view. The 2 queen sized bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, both with their own bathrooms. Ideally located on Gray Street, Hamilton’s Main Street, you’ll be close to the lake, a hospital, a playground, pubs, restaurants, cafes, and just 2 minutes drive to the CBD.

The Old Bond Store is situated in the heart of the CBD a short walk from the main street with uninterrupted harbour views . This large one-bedroom, mezzanine apartment has everything needed with a built in robe and a comfortable queen size bed. With a modern kitchen, a breakfast bar, dishwasher and open planned living with a gas fire heater. A private balcony overlooks the harbour. There is an office space with Wi-Fi. Laundry has a washing machine and dryer.There is free parking available.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. A home away from home where we hope you leave relaxed and refreshed. Luxurious bedding and comfortable furnishings will leave you well rested. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials and more. The home is filled with plants , books, games and sunshine and located beside the Crater Lakes walking/mountain bike trails. Please note there is only one bathroom and the toilet is in the bathroom.

The Tawarri Studio is a beautiful lime stone studio apartment. It has one spacious living area with a lofty vaulted ceiling with a luxury bathroom attached. The Studio is well appointed with aircon, kitchenette, TV, and is nestled on an acre of bushland garden that it shares with the main house. It’s a stone's throw from the Glenelg river, the Lower Glenelg National Park, And the pristine beaches of Discovery Bay. Note - we are currently unable to provide linen for our guests. Apologies.

Only a short drive from the pristine Bridgewater Bay, Discovery Bay and 20 minutes from Portland; the magnificently restored St. Peter's Church, which was built in 1883 and held its first service on the 5th of August 1884 has style, character, sophistication and charm and is certainly a destination of distinction. The house is one of two set on 10 acres of natural bushland and nearby access to the Great South West Walk. Ideal in all seasons; you can enjoy the ocean crested sunsets on the expansive patio as you sip on a wine or two, alternatively you can snuggle in around the fire and enjoy the same amazing view from the lounge area.

Enjoy a soak in the outdoor bathtub whilst stargazing, roast some marshmallows around the firepit, get up close with our pet alpacas, pony & sheep, and enjoy all the modern country cottage offerings of this newly constructed home away from home.

River 2C is a beautifully presented 3 bedroom, home with an amazing outlook over the estuary & Glenelg River. Its excellent location makes the newly renovated pub, kiosk and river less than a 5min walk from the house. The stunning enclosed gazebo area has amazing river views and makes for an ideal place to cook a BBQ dinner and watch the sunset over the estuary, protected from the elements and any pesky bugs .

'Driftwood' Beach house

Relax in this beachfront property, after your day at the beach. Available for short or long term stays. A split level shack that offers two separate living spaces. Great for a couple. Enjoy a BBQ on the deck looking out at uninterrupted views of Cape Bridgewater. No need to pack for the beach just walk across the road in your wetsuit, and return when you’re ready.
