Enjoy the wood burning fire (wood provided), smart TV & boardgames as well as the fabulous Seasons on Mt Snow facilities where you can relax in a hot tub, pool or sauna. Our ski in/out location is the best on the mountain, between the main face & Carinthia Freestyle Park! This stylish 1971 chalet is a country retreat with modern comforts for you and your family... complete with strong WiFi and a fenced-in dog yard! The minimal cabin is tucked in the trees and set up for families and friends, pet & kid-friendly. 10-15 Minutes to Mount Snow 10-15 Minutes to Downtown Wilmington This is a country house, not a boutique hotel :) If booking during winter or spring months, we HIGHLY recommend a 4wd vehicle as the weather can cause some tough road conditions (snow/mud).

Beautiful Timber Frame Retreat

This cabin retreat is situated on a natural clearing in the beautiful Green Mt. Forrest. Surrounded by a dense grove of spruce trees gives you complete privacy. It's only a quick 5 minute drive to great restaurants, breweries, and shops in downtown Wilmington. It's also less than 20 minutes to Mt. Snow. There's great hiking at Molly Stark State Park right across the street and amazing lakes all within a 10 minute drive! No WIFI and cell service is not great so it is a great place to unplug!

Directly on the mountain. Ski right back to door. Less than 2 minute walk to the trails. Full kitchen, dishwater, washer/dryer, microwave. Fireplace with free wood. Large screen TV in living room and 1 in each bedroom. Ground floor with private deck with tables and chairs for relaxing. Free parking. Condo across the hall is also available for larger groups. The pool (indoor & outdoor) and hot tubs are free to renters as is fully equipped gym (all year) and tennis courts in summer.

Brook House: Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Ping Pong, Mt Snow

The Brook House Vermont is set back in the trees and unbelievably cozy. It's a place to reconnect while listening to the brook. To enjoy big meals, conversations, and games by the fireplace. To bask in the sun or do yoga on the deck, or gaze into dark, starry skies from the hot tub and fire pit at night. There's skiing mins away at Mount Snow, swimming at Harriman Reservoir, as well as hiking, golf, mountain biking, antiquing, breweries, and some of the best food VT has to offer!

Forest Lane - Roomy Mt Snow Home with Hot Tub

Escape to Forest Lane, a roomy cabin surrounded by the Green Mountain Nation Forest at the end of a private road. You'll enjoy the feeling of being away from it all, yet still walking distance to West Dover Village bars and cafes, the main shuttle to the mountain (one of the few running during Covid) and just over a mile to Mount Snow! Enjoy 3 floors of living space with a stocked kitchen, cozy living room, game room with oak poker table, foosball, jacuzzi tub and a large deck.

Architectural GuestSuite

The Guest Suite is located on the first floor of an architectural studio in historic Wilmington, Vermont. Please enjoy the piano, drums, and art supplies! The Guest Suite is both UNIVERSALLY ACCESSIBLE, TOBACCO FREE, and ANIMAL FREE due to allergies in our family. LineSync Architecture staff will be working from 8:30am - 5ish upstairs, and once in a while on the weekends. When guests are in we try to be super sensitive and quiet, but footsteps will be heard!

Pool and Sports Center is open. Hours vary by day BBQ available for use by the outdoor pool pavilion On Mount Snow, Across from the Tin Lizzy trail leading to the Sundance Base Lodge and access to the Seasons Pass trail leading back to the condo. Very unique Condo in seasons as it has high vaulted ceilings. Condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with 2nd bedroom on 2nd floor. Plenty of tennis and pickleball courts Best parking on the mountain
