Die Buslinie 93 A ist in 3 Minuten erreichbar und fährt zur U-Bahn-Verbindung (U1+U2), mit der man in 15 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum fahren können. Das Haus ist für 3 Gäste geeignet .Ein schöner Garten mit Pavillon und eine große überdachte Terrasse mit Essbereich stehen zur Verfügung.
