Private access is via spiral staircase to rear of house, not for those with accessibility issues, but it's fine to use internal house stairs. All dogs welcome, no extra charge.

Coachman’s Cottage is a converted Coach house and Harness room originally built in 1860. It is next door to the owner’s home. Southampton water is a short walk away, and the New Forest lies to the north. There are many local attractions near by including Exbury Gardens and the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu. The property is all on one level. Hythe is just over a mile away. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available for guests in an adjacent building. Pub 200 mtrs walk away.

Little Greatfield is a character 2 bedroom cottage

Unique situation this detached cottage, with an EV charger, is within the Greatfield estate and has beautiful private gardens within a parkland setting. There is a private security gate for access. We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).

Our comfortable annex forms part of our unique architect designed home close to the beautiful New Forest and the solent. Ideally placed for walking, cycling and sightseeing in the forest or on the coast, our airbnb is also near the historic city of Southampton. Comprising a private entrance, sitting room with kitchenette and dining area, and a separate double bedroom with en-suite shower room, the accomodation also has it's own private decking area where guests can enjoy the garden.

Cosy home on the edge of the New Forest with beautiful walks on your doorstep. Beaches, Beaulieu and Brockenhurst are a short drive, and Southampton is 20 mins for West Quay shopping, cinemas and cruises. Sunny garden with BBQ, fire pit and outdoor pool table, plus a log burner inside for cosy evenings. Dogs welcome. Garden room sleeps 2 extra guests with bifold doors to the garden, pull-out double sofa bed, heating, TV, small fridge, two desks, office chairs and printer.
