Unwind at our cozy studio cottage on 5 private acres with lush trails, a peaceful creek, rock sculptures, a firepit, deck, and open spaces for stargazing. We value a private setting and will be available next door in the main house if you need us. It is a short walk to a nearby farm with cows, donkeys, goats, and a fantastic farm stand (Pumpkin Patch from Sept-Oct!) Just 8 mins to Oquaga Creek State Park for hiking and swimming, 10 to Deposit for fly fishing, antiques, and other charming towns.

This 3-story cement block building, built in 1915, by J.J. Bell, to house his seed distribution business - The Deposit Seed Company was converted into residential usage in 1969. This is an architecturally pleasing & unique building in Deposit, which is quite different than your average Airbnb rental.

Located right on the upper West branch of the Delaware River and just 1 mile from route 17 the "River house" is a fully restored and renovated 90 year old bright and open home. Great trout fishing or just relax and watch the water roll by from almost every window. The property includes 3 decks, one right at the rivers edge. The house is fully equipped to cook with spices and utensils. Keurig combo coffee pot and coffee. Bedrooms/ living room are all brand new furniture.

Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.
