This cute Tiny Home is in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. It sits across the street from the Briar Cliff University baseball field. It has been completely remodeled with everything new and updated inside and out. The 400 square foot, open concept, is divided into a full kitchen, comfortable living room, queen size bedroom and large bathroom with full tub/shower and washer/dryer.

Having beautiful views, great privacy, and a farm-like feel, it is a nice oasis to simply relax, hang out with family and friends, and enjoy some pleasurable quiet time. The house has a ton of room and is great for large groups who want to take a short (or long) vacation, soaking up the Nebraska sun.

We are conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the Hard Rock Café, Orpheum Theater and the Tyson Event Center and less than 15 minutes from Landman Golf Club. Most medical facilities are within 15 minutes. NOTE: I have medical documentation that exempts me from accepting reservations involving animals.
