Our charming studio apartment in the Libbytown neighborhood is walking distance to Thompson's Point & Amtrak (15 minutes!) and the trendy West End, while still being quiet and secluded. Enjoy a concert or Portland's famous restaurant scene and come home to a memory foam bed and all the little essentials like a white noise machine and a bar kit for homemade cocktails. We have been hosts for 8 years near Acadia National Park and are so excited to share our new home of Portland with guests as well!

We only accept well- behaved and house- trained dogs, no other pets are allowed for a fee of $75.00 per dog per stay.

This is our family camp, with our own books, games, and “vibe”. It is not a hotel, and some things may not be “industry standard”. We love the unique charm of this space and place, and many repeat guests do too. We hope you will treasure (and care for it) as we do!

Relax outside on the lawn or the patio, at a picnic table (in season), one of the fire pits, or under the fir tree. Emily's beautiful garden could be in bloom. The Sparrow's Nest is located on a country road approximately 5 miles from downtown Boothbay Harbor. The Sheepscot River, it's coves and nature trails are close by. Enjoy the beautiful country surroundings, gardens, and the miracle of nature. What a delight to wake up to the sound of birdsong while enjoying a cup of local coffee, or sitting by the outdoor fire sipping wine and taking in the beautiful night sky.
