Our “Downtown Duplex-Unit 2” is the 2 BR/1 Ba unit in our 1930’s Craftsman style duplex. Our recently renovated duplex offers mid century modern decor, beautiful hardwood floors, a well equipped kitchen, and washer & dryer. It is located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment in downtown Oneonta. Our super cute and comfy property is the ideal place to stay in Oneonta. (If you are needing additional space the Downtown Duplex-Unit 1 is also available for rent on Airbnb!)

The suite is located in South Huntsville area. It is spacious and cozy, perfect for a comfortable stay. Centrally located and in close proximity to shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Perfect place for a relaxing getaway or a business trip. Book now and experience the comfort and convenience of this modern in-law suite! For your knowledge, I do have three dogs. They are friendly and not aggressive to people. If you have a fear of dogs, you may want to book somewhere else.

Just a 9-min walk or 3-min drive to the vibrant heart of downtown, enjoy quaint streets & charming old buildings. A short 2-min drive or 8-min walk to the University of North Alabama, our cozy retreat is perfect for those visiting Florence. Ideal for 1-2 guests, our stylish apartment boasts modern amenities, creating a memorable stay in this lovely Southern town. Additionally, we have no cleaning fee.

Entertainment District Loft

Our building was built in 1930. The apartment was originally a boarding house that sat above a retail store. While it has been fully remodeled, the exposed brick walls, wood floors, transom doors, and much of the trim are original to the building, retaining its ninety year old charm. The sitting area and the front bedroom each have a door that opens onto the balcony that over looks the downtown entertainment district. The areas best shops, boutiques, and restaurants are on the same block!
