The house is beside the magnificent Madonna dell' Orto Gothic church, containing cherished treasures including Tintoretto masterpieces. It is 15 minutes away from Rialto bridge. It is very easy and comfortable to reach by public transport either you arrive from Marco Polo airport or from the Train Station, with no bridge to cross with your luggage between the nearest waterbus stop and the apartment. A City stay tax of € 4,00 per day /per person ( € 2,00 for 10/16 children, excluding children up to 10) is due up to max 5 days.

If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

The Cenare apartment is on the 2nd floor, under the roof beams, of a sixteenth century building in the Cannaregio Sestiere. Overlooks the Sensa canal, a garden and the historic Ghetto. The beach is literally a 1 minute-walk from the apartment. The apartment can accomodate up to 6 guests and includes a private parking space for 1 car, your own umbrella with beach beds on the beach right in front of the apartment, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioned and washing machine.

Si trova al secondo piano, offre un posto auto coperto all'interno della proprietà ed a pochi passi dal mare e dalla vicina zona pedonale centrale dove è possibile trovare ristoranti e negozi di ogni genere. La fermata del Bus, a pochi metri, permette di raggiungere il vicino centro commerciale in dieci minuti mentre un negozio di alimentari e un negozio per noleggiare biciclette è sotto casa.

Chers hôtes, Voici notre charmant et lumineux appartement de 60m² en plein cœur de Venise (zone Cannaregio) dans un palais historique du XVIème. Au fond d’une ruelle sans issue donnant sur le canal, vous ne serez pas dérangé par le bruit. Il s'agit d'un palais familial où seulement moi, mon oncle et ma tante y vivons, vous ne serez donc pas dérangé par le bruit du voisinage. Mon appartement dans lequel je vis est juste au-dessus du vôtre.
