The flat is located to receive afternoon sun, and the sunsets are stunning. The waves are audible at night. The coastal path it overlooks is peacefully quiet at night - no traffic noise!

Located in a cul-de-sac, this apartment is at the front of the property, enjoying extensive views from two balconies. Private stairs from street level take you to a bright open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, opening to the large balcony with a gas barbecue. Another staircase takes you to a master bedroom, ensuite and second balcony. The ensuite bathroom includes a large spa bath and washer/dryer. There is a television on each level and a Sonos sound system throughout.

Fully air-conditioned and free wifi Please note that the approach to this peaceful nook is via a pathway past a front residence and involves two flights of steps (about 30 in all). My place is close to Coogee Beach. You’ll love my place because of its privacy and location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families.Spacious studio easily accommodates 2 adults with a king bed. I can also configure beds to 2 single beds. On request extra bedding can be made available at an additional cost with an air mattress.
