You can hear the waves from bed, and with no buildings or streetlights between you and the park, the sky is a wonder at night. Perfect base for exploring or staying in. Uninterrupted views of the mountains, cosy living area with warm lighting and an efficient wood fire, simple kitchen, sunny bedroom, and a deck with a clear view of the mountains you've just climbed.

Rosella Cottage, circa 1900 to 1920, is a lovely 2 bedroom cottage with loads of shack atmosphere, comfortable and set on a spacious block of land. Located in Swanwick, is a 10 minute drive to Coles Bay and the National Park, 500 meters from Swan River Jetty and boat ramp and minutes from Sand Piper Beach where glorious sunrises and sunsets can be viewed. Centrally located and less than 100m to Jubilee Beach and boatramp this purposely built 1 bedroom unit has been designed and decorated to provide casual, relaxed, coastal accommodation. A great location where you can park the car and walk to beach, shops, restaurants and cafes. The unit occupies half of the downstairs area of villa and accommodates 4 people with the queen bed in the living area and single beds in the bedroom.
