The home is located in historic Hayes Barton, close to downtown Raleigh and Glenwood South district. Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. Beautifully situated on the McDaniel Pine Farm in Wade, NC you’ll feel right at home in the Bluff Cottage. A studio setup with a queen bed & 2 chairs that convert into comfortable single beds. There is also an air mattress available. Comfortable living room area with large flat screen TV and dedicated desktop workspace. Private Bathroom, walk-in shower and a small kitchen area with hot plate, pots pans, coffee maker, microwave & refrigerator. Nice outside patio with fire pit & acres to roam!

Ten ft. ceilings and fine architectural details; terraced; fountains nestled in a tree grove on 10 acres with foot paths. 15-20 minutes to Chapel Hill/Carrboro, University of North Carolina; Pittsboro and the Saxapahaw arts community on the Haw River.
