Happy Daze

Our Garden Chalet is situated in a lovely south facing garden setting in a nice area. It comprises of one comfortable double bed and has its own private shower room with toilet outside ,adjacent to the chalet. We provide a breakfast and there are tea and coffee making facilities, TV and Wifi. Parking is outside the house on road. Christchurch Rail Station is a 5min walk and it takes only 10 mins to walk to the historic town of Christchurch with its Priory and beautiful river walks.

Highcliffe beach 10 min walk

Lakeview Annex is Self contained, modern, appt with own patio, entrance & Parking. Directly opposite a small lake. Only 15 min walk to the cliff top & Highcliffe castle & 5 mins further to the beaches. 10 min walk from Hinton Admiral station. Ideal for couples who want to explore Dorset and the New Forest. This annex is 50msq, and on 2 levels. Upstairs a kingsize Simba mattress & bed with ensuite. Downstairs, open plan lounge kitchen diner, which opens onto private patio.

Town centre 2 bed apartment with parking & garden

2 bedroom ground floor apartment with parking space and garden. Modern furniture and open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. A few minutes walk to Christchurch centre, main tourist attractions and train station. Beaches approx 5 minute drive away (or 45 min walk). Private south facing garden, good for catching the sun & relaxing. A double bedroom and a single bedroom can accommodate up to 3 adults , travel cot available for another 4th infant guest. Sorry no pets.

The Studio ( Private entrance)

Quite getaway, with everything needed for a short stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private entrance. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.

The Little House- between the forest and the sea

'The Little House' is a newly converted detached garage situated just outside the convenient small town of New Milton, whilst being in easy reach of Barton on Sea and many other beautiful surrounding beaches. It is 10 minutes from the New Forest where ponies and cattle roam free and 15 minutes from Lymington town. Keyhaven and Christchurch are only a short drive away and easily accessable by bike.

Grade 2* Listed next to 11th Century Priory Church

Grade 2* Listed situated in the heart of Christchurch Historic Old Town next to the 11th Century Priory Church. The property has undergone a full refurbishment (new kitchen, bathrooms etc) in 2021 and offers a parking permit for the duration of the stay. There is no on site parking.
