Portici, negozietti, ciotoli, scorci, ponti, riviere... sono colori, profumi e piacevoli rumori che ti accompagneranno in una città che si può ancora vivere. L'alloggio si trova esattamente alla metà fra Via Savonarola e Via Beato Pellegrino, il centro del quartiere Savonarola.

Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50 € per tutto il gruppo e per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

Chioggia è un'isola della laguna dove vivere un turismo slow, infatti dista 25 Miglia dal caos di Venezia!!! La struttura è situata nel centro storico - tra le vecchie strade (calli) vicino ai canali e alla laguna - vicino a bar, ristoranti, bacari e taverne. A 50 metri dai trasporti pubblici acquei, 1,5 Km a piedi dalla spiaggia di Sottomarina, oppure 20 min. con i mezzi pubblici per la spiaggia dell'Oasi Naturale dell'Isola di Caroman.
