La maison se trouve au-dessus du bourg de Villeneuve, dans un quartier très calme, situé à 20 minutes à pieds de la gare. Une voiture est fortement recommandée, nous disposons d'une place de parc. A Villeneuve, les quais, la plage et la réserve naturelle vous permettent de profiter du lac et d'admirer les montagnes. En direction de Montreux le fameux Château de Chillon mérite la visite. Piscine à Villeneuve. Le Montreux Jazz festival a lieu chaque année au début juillet.

Vous ne vous trompez pas en choisissant le Palais du lac, nom de l’ancien hôtel de standing des années folles et des cures thermales. Situé au bord du lac, devant le débarcadère , vous profiterez d’Evian et de ces atouts sans vous soucier de prendre votre voiture car vous ferez tous à pied ! Quel bonheur de sortir de chez soi et d’être directement sur les quais ou la promenade y est magnifique à toutes heures de la journée.... Bon séjour dans notre belle ville d’Evian.
