The one room suite is connected to a main residence, but completely separate with its own entrance and parking. The "Bird Cottage" is a private guest house nestled on the edge of our property along the Iberia/St. Martin parish line on Hwy 182. It's the perfect spot for relaxation. The cottage has great sunset views outside and is cozy inside. The front room doubles as a living room/full kitchen. Through a set of French doors-the bedroom and bathroom. The cottage has lots of charm with an artsy "bird" theme. You'll have the entire cottage and immediate yard to yourself.

The charming brick cottage is located on a fenced-in property on a busy street. There are extensive gardens with two large greenhouses and lush garden areas in the back. Trusted volunteers will come work in the garden some days.
