If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. Esta casa es mi propio hogar, donde yo mismo resido habitualmente. Se encuentra en el elegante distrito de Chamberí (MadridCentral), con conexión directa por Metro al aeropuerto, los lugares de interés en Madrid (Palacio Real, Museo del Prado, IFEMA, Gran Vía...) y las estaciones de alta velocidad ferroviaria. Tiene un salón de 35m2, un balcón de 12 m de largo, cocina, baño y dormitorio. Es muy soleada, tiene preciosas vistas sobre un palacio y sus jardines, y ningún escalón desde el exterior.

Pusimos lo mejor de nosotros en este proyecto, elegimos materiales de muy buena calidad; estética moderna pero cálida a la vez, cuidamos todos los detalles para que te sientas como en tu propia casa. Son 40 m2 de diseño, calidad en un barrio tranquilo, con muchos servicios y muy madrileño.

The location is very central, but in the Conde Duque neighborhood, where it's peaceful to stroll. It's a renovated old house with plenty of natural light and four balconies overlooking the square. Being centrally located, there may be some noise, and while the windows have been restored, they don't completely block street noise as they are original, not PVC. The kitchen is modern and open-plan. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a full bathroom.
