This is our family cottage home in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is newly renovated, and decorated. We occasionally open it to all responsible, respectful, adult guest who abide by the house rules. No outside guest allowed after check in. It is 6.7 miles/15 minute drive to New Orleans/ French Quarter. We live next door. Absolutely no parties/ Booking Person must be the guest/ no more than 3 guest ever. We may ask for ID. If unsure. before you will be given the key. Wifi and Netflix.

Welcome to our stunning, 100+ year old historic home! Perfectly suited for large groups, it offers a blend of charm and comfort. Nestled in a safe, family-friendly, and quiet neighborhood just outside of New Orleans, our home provides easy access to the vibrant city life. The French Quarter and the New Orleans Convention Center are just a short drive away. Located in the lovely, historic Old Arabi, we are just two blocks from the Mississippi River and only four miles from the French Quarter.

Coffee is provided. Full kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, balconies, dining room, bathroom. The house is uniquely across from the sherrifs office which offers added security. Our home is located up a flight of stairs on the 2ND FLOOR and not handicap accessible. Booking guest must be at least 24 years old.

Walmart super close by with several restaurants nearby, tourist attraction: Chalmette Battlefield, Paddlewheeler Creole Queen, Steamboat Natchez Jazz Cruise. A completely new kitchen with all appliances for cooking and a relaxing bathroom with LED lights that can change colors. Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, Toothpaste, Mouthwash. The whole place has just been built brand new. Modern, cozy ,and fancy!!!
