This newly built repurposed barn is perfect for relaxing, exploring nature, and getting away from it all. Nearby are lots of hiking, rail trails, and farms. We are within driving distance of the Mohonk Mountain House, Minnewaska, Catskill Mountains, and a 2 hour drive from Manhattan. For winter enthusiasts there’s places to snowshoe, ski, and hike 20-60 minutes away.

There is a basketball hoop in driveway side. Dwelling is 7 miles from Ithaca , which is about a 15 minute drive. There is is no real public transportation, except for a bus that runs to Ithaca at 8am and 5pm on weekdays. To catch it, walk the half mile to the highway and flag it down. Welcome to the country.

The apartment combines original exposed beams with modern millwork and finishes. The house is an 1838 barn with old beams and rafters, and modern finishes of hemlock, red oak, and western red cedar throughout.
