At 62 acres and with just twelve homes, Sargent's Pond is the perfect place for simpler pursuits and peace and quiet. Enjoy two comfortable double bedrooms, a pull-out sofa in the living room, a bathroom with tub, washer, and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Wifi, bluetooth stereo system (bring your vinyl!), and Smart TV. Enjoy dining and relaxing on the spacious deck with commanding water views, and for the little ones, swinging and sliding on the swing set. Above the garage is a recreation room with a ping pong table as well as a smashing children's playroom filled with toys, board games, puzzles, and books. Enjoy the TV/ DVD player with a variety of favorite kids' flicks. Perfect for rainy days or down time, this extra living space is sure to please kids and adults alike! Please note that a pack-and-play, toddler mattress, and toddler high chair are available upon request.

This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, the high ceilings, its cleanliness, and coziness. Historic Stone Cottage

Summer is in full swing here in the Lakes Region! Both Squam and Winnipesaukee minutes away - vistas to enjoy the season all around. The cottage sleeps two but can accommodate an additional two on a comfortable sleeper couch. We even have room to park your boat and trailer! The stone building, a 1920s gatekeeper’s cottage, is part of a Gilded Age estate, and is lovingly restored to meet your needs in comfort, including a full kitchen, bath and geothermal central heat and a/c.

The Big Barn occasionally opens its doors for an impromptu Wine Tasting Hour-complimentary! This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.
