The stand alone cottage is set back from the water in a private fenced property with only a couple of other units. It has a private bedroom with a queen bed and a double futon in the living area. It has a cozy living area/kitchen with all the basics. Nice cold ac and toasty hot water shower. 12.5% tax collected on arrival.

Best outdoor living! Peaceful Studio with ocean view on the reef side. Have coffee or a cocktail on the veranda with the Caribbean breeze while watching the turquoise water. This rental is not oceanfront, but you will have beachfront access through the hotel property next to us. It is the only rental on the property in a very private and quiet neighborhood - only minutes (5) ride to town. There is a restaurant right across the way for breakfast and dinner. The property is on island electricity, but also has on-grid solar power and electric generator for backup. All Airbnb guests must be 25 years or older.
