In our well-equipped kitchen you'll find coffe, tea, wine and... some useful pieces of advice to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible! It's 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square, and is close to other attractions. Art lovers will find La Biennale just around the corner. No pets allowed.

Biennale apartment è un bellissimo appartamento in stile veneziano luminoso e dotato di tutti i confort, è facilmente raggiungibile da tutti i mezzi pubblici se si arriva con la macchina al terminal Piazzale Roma o tronchetto,con il treno alla stazione ferroviaria di Santa Lucia,oppure con ALILAGUNA se si arriva dall’aereoporto Marco Polo . L’appartamento è composto da ingresso, soggiorno cucina , bagno e camera da letto . Il terzo posto letto è un comodo divano letto a una piazza e mezza

A due passi da Rialto e San Marco, all’interno del Campo Santa Maria Formosa, in un luogo magico dove convivono l'arte, la modernità e l'antica quotidianità di una Venezia che è ancora se stessa. Nel restauro e nella scelta della posizione, ho scelto di raccontarti la mia Venezia, attraverso quadri, architetture, oggetti antichi, mescolando l'utilizzo dell'oro e del verde, per riproporre il perfetto dialogo tra l'arte della Serenissima e la pace dei canali su cui affaccia la mia casa.

Appartamento di lusso con balcone privato e splendida vista, a pochi passi da piazza San Marco. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per il gruppo) e della tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma non troppo ripidi. C'è un servizio di consegna bagagli direttamente in appartamento. C'è un deposito valigie.

Siamo due sorelle Claudia e Chiara, nate e cresciute nella Venezia più autentica. Apparteniamo alla sesta generazione di veneziani della nostra famiglia. Insieme a mamma Marisa e papà Carlo, vi apriamo le porte del nostro appartamento che si trova nel cuore del Sestiere di Castello, a due passi dalla Biennale, a 10 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco e a due fermate di vaporetto dalla spiaggia del Lido di Venezia.
