This magical treehouse was built by Pete Nelson 25 years ago and recently renovated with help from his crew. It sits in living trees on our 5 acre property next to its own little pond and fountain. Charming, retro, perfectly preserved time capsule house located on High Bank Skykomish river. This 1 bedroom waterfront home features Mountain views and access to the water for seasonal fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming or just lounging. Watch the eagles and the fish jump through a provided telescope and binoculars, or just while lounging in front of large picture windows. Though the vintage ambience is preserved, the couch, bedding and carpets are brand new.

Private access to the lake on the property is down a short trail (its steep, please be careful) Feel free to enjoy swimming, fishing, bring own kayak/ paddle board or just chill and have a glass of wine by the fire pit (Fire ban is sometimes in place).

K’s Cozy Inn (fabulous Studio and Deck)

Great location for FIFA 2026. Stay out in the beauty of the Snoqualmie Valley and pay hundreds less. The studio is about 25 miles from the stadium and a quick drive in. I can recommend public transit also. I wanted to create a funky and beautiful space that makes you feel excited about coming back to after your adventures and doesn't break the bank so you can enjoy all that the area has to offer.
