This magical treehouse was built by Pete Nelson 25 years ago and recently renovated with help from his crew. It sits in living trees on our 5 acre property next to its own little pond and fountain. The back yard is Tolt MacDonald Park, 574 acres, a favorite for mountain bikers and trail walkers alike. All of this and still less than 11 miles to Redmond (think Microsoft), 26 miles to Seattle downtown. Winter skiing and summer alpine hiking are only 20 to 50 miles away.

The Karate Garage is a peaceful retreat, 6 miles from the heart of Redmond. The studio is in a detached garage that overlooks beautiful sunrises, the barn, pastures & the occasional deer stopping by to say "Hi". To ensure a warm & inviting stay, we've stocked up with good coffee, flannel sheets & lots of pillows & blankets. Cozy up by the fireplace & enjoy quiet, dark nights, perfect for listening to the neighborhood owls. Our hope is that you leave feeling rested and refreshed.

Newly remodeled! Beautiful retreat on the lake, surrounded by nature and wildlife, yet surprisingly close to Redmond, Seattle and the mountains. Enjoy a private entrance and deck with gorgeous views of the lake. Private access to the lake on the property is down a short trail (its steep, please be careful) Feel free to enjoy swimming, fishing, bring own kayak/ paddle board or just chill and have a glass of wine by the fire pit (Fire ban is sometimes in place).
