There is a large parking pad out front that will easily accommodate 4 vehicles or a boat and 1-2 vehicles. Frank Pate park is within walking distance with four Pickleball Courts or access for fishing. The backyard is fenced and there is a porch for enjoying the warm Florida evenings.
