Please note owners are onsite adjacent to guest accomadation. Located only a short 7 min drive west of Apollo Bay along the iconic Great Ocean Road and nestled amongst the gum trees. It is a rare day when you won’t spot a koala on the property. The Loft is spacious and adjacent to our family home. It is located above our shed, with private access and courtyard at the rear. The property is full of wildlife along with our animals... sheep, chickens and our dogs Honey and Cleo and cat Spot!

The cabin & BBQ cabin are all yours to enjoy & are connected via a leafy walkway. MTB trails are on our doorstep, ride/walk into town in minutes or just chill & enjoy the sauna & hot tub. Amazing beaches, wildlife, great eateries and all the sights and wonders of the Great Ocean Road just there for your pleasure. The local Koala community is on your doorstep and hand feeding the King parrots is a perfect way to start your day. The beach is a gentle 5 minute stroll away, sunrise is breathtaking from here, or lie in and let the rolling hills greet you in the morning.

With ocean and forest views and a tranquil wilderness setting, "Moonlight View" cottage near Johanna Beach is a perfect resting place for Great Ocean Road travellers and holiday-makers. This 2 bedroom self-contained cottage with balcony, is attached to my owner-built bluestone home on a 5-acre piece of paradise. The Otway National Park edges the property, creating a lovely atmosphere of seclusion and peace, also enjoyed by birds and wildlife.

Sunnyside is located just off the Great Ocean Road approximately 15 minutes from Apollo Bay. A fully private and self-contained loft studio offers panoramic views of the Southern Ocean and sits in amongst the Otway rainforest treetops. The property has over 10 acres to explore; an olive grove, an orchard, a mature oak forest and stunning walkways combining both pasture and native surroundings. You may even be lucky enough to meet our resident Koala! A one-of-a-kind experience awaits.

Welcome to Forrest a beautiful part of the world. Our studio is a short stroll to the town centre and a 5 min walk to the bike tracks. The studio is a part of our house which has a separate entrance and is divided by a huge deck. The studio has an open plan living and dining space with a cosy wood heater split system and fans. A small kitchen with 4 gas hotplates,microwave and fridge. Barbeque facilities are on the deck for your use and a lovely garden for relaxing .
