The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Comodo a tutti i servizi 50 metri dall'imbarcadero (collegamento navale per tutte le mete del lago) 5 minuti dalle spiagge 2 km da Villa Taranto.

Cantusüt is a 100-square-meter, two-story detached house in the small village of Someraro, just a 5-minute drive from Stresa and a 30-minute walk. Completely renovated in 2023, it comprises a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two balconies, and a private fenced courtyard with parking for motorcycles and bicycles.
