Our bright basement flat benefits from its own private staircase and small outdoor patio area. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, and just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The city center is a 10-15 minute walk away. This is a lovely converted barn which we spent many years in and now have outgrown. The barn has one living & dining area, kitchen, hallway, one bathroom and 2 bedrooms. There is a small courtyard to enjoy sitting outside in the summer. We’re extremely close to Cambridge - you can cycle into the centre of town within 25 minutes along a path next to the river Cam. *We will potentially supply a couple of push bikes, if this is something you’re interested in please notify me in advance.
