Lovely quiet area. The accommodation is a guest suite beneath our home. We live above the property. We offer privacy to our guests. Bnb has its own entry/exit,Free parking, air conditioned Bedroom and private bathroom, ( not en-suite.)It is located through the kitchenette, approximately 5 metres away from the bedroom. Short walk to Kings beach, surf, and 12-15 mins walk to Shelly or Moffat, and to all of the eateries and bars. 2 mins drive. We use lovely hotel quality bed linen and towels.

The Studio is a Bright, clean, airy and stylishly decorated 1 bedroom studio apartment on the lower level of our home, two steps up so not disability friendly, ideal for couples, (sorry not child friendly.] There is a well equipped kitchenette, large corner chaise lounge, pillow-topped queen size bed, romantic candlelit bedroom, Reverse cycle air conditioning, WIFI, Large Smart Screen TV with Chromecast streaming device for watching Netflix, Stan or whatever platform you use.
