Holiday Home with Pool 100% private near the Beach

Breakfast or homemade pizza are available on request (extra charge applies). Rental cars with airport transfer is also available. 100% PRIVATE The house is located in the mountains with a view into the nature. It has a pool (not heated) and a private garden area. We strongly recommend to have a car. From the house you can reach many points of interest (the vulcanic islands, the Etna etc). Even supermarkets, icecream shops and restaurants are close to the house. The beach is 20 minutes away.

La villetta dista 1.5 km dal mare e da tutti i servizi necessari raggiungibili in auto.

Data la sua esposizione a sud, nelle giornate piu' belle si riesce a vedere anche il vulcano Etna. La proprietà è composta da due camere da letto, cucina e due bagni, e tutto l'esterno, compresa l'aia. Dalla casa si può accedere con un sentiero di 1km alla spiaggia.

La casa dispone di un'ampia cucina attrezzata, due camere da letto, un divano letto, due bagni, aria condizionata, WI-FI gratuito. A vostra disposizione terrazza dove poter pranzare. Casa zona collinare disposta su due livelli. Al primo si trova la cucina soggiorno con accesso diretto dalla terrazza panoramica, tra l'altro l'ideale per mangiare all'aperto. Dal soggiorno tramite una scala interna si raggiunge la zona notte. Al secondo livello è presente un balcone con la stessa vista panoramica del terrazzo. Vi sono tre camere da letto, due con letto matrimoniale e una con una piazza e mezza, bagno recentemente ristrutturato con box doccia e finestra.
