Basement is being remodeled currently. Expect a 4 bed/3 bath house in the next couple of months.

Mtns State Park (est drive time/mins: 10 Morganton, 20 Marion, 30 Hickory, Rutherfordton & Shelby, 40 Black Mtn). Exterior staining underway as weather/timing permit.
