The Arches - a beautifully renovated apartment

'The Arches' is a beautiful, traditional Garfagnana home. The building is around 500 years old, and is thought to be at the very heart of the original Cardoso, with the village growing around this centre over the next few centuries. Recently restored, the house has many original features, including wooden beams, terracotta tiles and its two distinctive arches. Quality features complement this history in the form of two modern bathrooms, central heating and a contemporary kitchen.

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. Sometimes, on request, I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.

Agriturismo le Scope is located in the Garfagnana mountains in northern Tuscany, close to the city of Lucca. The farmhouse enjoys an enviable view over the rugged landscape of the Garfagnana. The Apuan Alps rise behind the beaches of the Tuscan Riviera up to 2000 meters high and are known for its marble mining. The farmhouse is 100% immersed in the nature. After a lengthy restoration, the farmhouse and adjacent former barn have been converted into two detached houses.
