This spacious peaceful and private home on 5 acres is great for unwinding & relaxing whether it is enjoying the day by the incredible pool/spa or stargazing at night. Far from the noise and pollution of city life. You can spend a weekend or a week away from work life because you deserve it. Close to Foxwoods casino and Mohegan sun casino, super Walmart and other stores. Please let us know before booking more than 4 people whether it is just for the day or night or both. Beautiful beachfront home available weekly in season third week of June through Labor Day) and nightly (2 night min.) off season. Step out the door and into the sand. Sit on the porch and watch sailboat races from Niantic Bay Yacht Club just steps away. Close to downtown Niantic with restaurants, shops, etc. 18 miles from Mohegan Sun Casino. Attractions within 1/2 hour: Beautiful Mystic, CT, several vineyards, Harkness State Park, Eugene O'Neill Theatre, U.S. Coast Guard Academy, golf courses.

Cozy Cape on the Cove

Our two-bedroom cape on the tidal cove is a paradise for any birdwatcher, fisherman, or kayak enthusiast. It’s not for swimming though. We are located near any destination you may want (i.e. casinos), yet far enough off the beaten path to enjoy some peace & quiet. Listen to the birds and crickets by the firepit or take out our rentable kayaks for a morning paddle. Dogs welcome too! Pet fee is $50 per stay. Maximum 2 dogs. Maximum of 3 guests. Any unauthorized guest will be charged at $50/each.

Casino Wine Down House w/Pool, Game Room, Big Deck

Stay at the end of a quiet, cozy, cul-de-sac while minutes from local attractions. Our house is conveniently located near casinos, Mystic, vineyards, Nature's Art Village, Naval Submarine Base, CT College, USCG Academy and several beaches. Enjoy the fire pit on our large deck under the gazebo year round. In the summer cool off in the pool. In the winter relax and enjoy some cozy time under the stars in the heated igloo. Lot of fun and games! Dogs are family and always welcome at no charge.

Water Forest Retreat- Tree House

Water Forest Retreat Tree House is a 168 sq ft. private heated and electrified tiny home with stained glass windows surrounding an oak tree nestled on 56 acres of forest. Enjoy your favorite drink out on the deck up in the trees while watching the birds. There are 2 1/2 miles of hiking trails with a brook, waterfall, marsh and pond. Take a stroll down to the main beach or enjoy the great views of the lake from the deck! Don't forget about the gas fire pit for those chilly evenings. We are located near numerous vineyards, a brewery, the Connecticut Airline Trail, and great local restaurants! Guests have access to the grill, fire pit, kayaks, and two main beaches.

Beautiful waterfront home with unobstructed views of Oxoboxo Lake! Quiet area yet just 30 minutes to Mystic. Upper level has 2 cozy bedrooms – one with a queen bed and one with 2 twin beds, a spacious living area with direct lake views, and a full bathroom. Lower level has a second mini kitchen with fridge, sink, microwave and table, large living room, bathroom, and doors leading directly onto the lakeside patio. Lower level has a twin size bed in living area for extra sleeping space.
