Comfy Guest Annex: near Beach, Park& Tennis Courts

Our Guest Annex is a Studio with its own entrance, keysafe & parking infront. Upon entering the hall, there is a lounge with a sofa-daybed (with trundle), a smart TV, a kitchenette and a dining table. The kingsized zip-link bed is located at the back of the sunny room with large windows overlooking the back garden. Access to our washing machine, which is located in the main house, is available on request. Housekeeping is weekly, normally on Sundays, when your stay is 7days or longer.

Sauna Hot Tub Gamesroom & Cinema

All ages will be entertained at Springbourne Retreat, with a full spectrum sauna, hot tub, crazy golf, pool table, arcade, home cinema room, 12ft tall climbing castle, and even a secret room for the kids... if you can find it... Our interior designer has made sure the whole house is a beautiful and calm space, with a well stocked kitchen and relaxing bedrooms with super comfortable beds to retreat to. Please note that it's a residential area so I'm afraid it's not suitable for parties.

Large & Sunny Apartment Boscombe, Bournemouth

Spacious ground floor flat in a central location within a short walk through Boscombe Gardens to the glorious beach and a few minutes walk from the 02 venue. The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive street outside the building. First time hosting in Bournemouth, formerly in Vancouver, Canada and Manchester UK where my husband and I had excellent feedback always. Garden at rear. Tea/coffee provided.
